My December Posting Schedule| CarenzaOnBooks

Today's post is another quick update about what to expect from me in December when it comes to content creation. I feel I need to make this post because of how busy I'm going to be in December and I want to make sure that I don't vanish from social media. So let's get into it!

The short answer is that in December you can expect less content from me. Having completed my first three weeks at work and it's already quite busy, I have a feeling December is going to be even more busy than these past weeks. So rather than put a lot of pressure to continue at my normal rate of content creation, I've decided that it's better for me to take a little step back. It gives me a chance to still create content and give myself a break on my days off.

Here are my plans for each platform I currently post on. On here I'm going to go to one post on Monday's. They're probably going to be mostly reviews as I have a lot of proofs to read and post reviews for. I am going to try and create at least one Christmas themed post. On Instagram, photos will be on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's, while reels will just be on Sunday's. Finally on Twitter, I'm going to go to three tweets a day as I'm currently alternating between 3 and 5 a day. I'll still be active on my stories on Instagram and I'm going to try to get back on top of my Goodreads reviews.

I'm hoping to be back to normal content creation in the New Year and will update you guys then. I'm excited to still be able to make content, but make sure I have time to rest and read during this chaotic month.

A Little Life Update| CarenzaOnBooks

Today's post is a bit different from normal, because I wanted to do a very little life update. I have some very exciting news to share. This is a post about jobs and the future, content creation, and just a little catch up.

So the big news is that I am currently working as a Christmas Bookseller at my local Waterstones! This is a temporary position, but I couldn't be happier working here. After applying for jobs for 5 months, on my 25th application, I got lucky. I'll be working at Waterstones for the next few weeks during the Christmas period. I've had my first day as I'm writing this and honestly, I can't wait to go back and be surrounded by books again.

As I'm now working, I have less time to create content. Which leads me onto my next point. I might have to change my schedule across my three main platforms. I currently post on Instagram 5 times a week, with daily stories. I tweet every day and I'm writing two blog posts a week. As I get busier in December, I'm planning on going to one or two posts a week on here. I might also go to one reel a week as filming more than that (especially in winter with limited day light) is going to be a challenge. So, if my content schedule changes, that's why.

This is just a little post to say that I'm working as a bookseller (and loving every second) and that things might change. My priorities will be work, reading and then content creation as if I'm not reading, I can't do my job or create content. But, I am one happy bookworm. There's now a million books to add to my TBR. Working in Waterstones has been a dream of mine and I can't believe it's actually happened.

Goals for Twenty-One| Carenza Bramwell

Today's post is a bit of a self-indulgent one as it's about the goals I want to set for myself before I turn 22. I turned 21 almost two weeks ago. 20 was certainly an interesting age, especially as I spent all of it during the pandemic. Here are some life goals that I would like to achieve by my next birthday.

Learn to Drive

Probably one of the biggest goals I have for myself is learning to drive. Up until now, I haven't had a need to drive, but I've reached a point in my life where I do need to learn to drive. It will help me with applying to jobs as it can open up where I'd like to apply to. It would also just be a useful lifeskill and help with me having a bit of independence. As of writing this, I am due to have my first driving lesson this month and I am both excited and nervous for it. Most of my friends can drive, so it's about time that I joined them.

Develop a Creative Skill

It will come as no surprise to long time readers of my blog, but I consider myself a very creative person. I would say my main area of creativity is writing and content creation. While I'm looking for a job, I spend a lot of my free time developing those skills. So while I have the time to, I'd like to develop a new creative skill. I'm thinking either playing the piano or drawing. Both are hobbies I have dabbled in before, but I'd love to pick them up again and become more confident in them. They're also two things I can do that don't involve anything (or much) digital tech as I spend so much time looking at a screen, I'd like to do something that doesn't involve that.

Write One Complete Non-Uni Project

I've lost count of how many times I've included this on a goals list of mine over the years. However, for the first time, I actually have time to commit to it, so you can bet that's what I'm going to do. After finishing my degree, I was very creatively burnt out and I also fell out of love with writing because of it. However, it's been three months since I finished my degree and I'm now feeling ready to start working on a new project. I even have a plan! During this month, I'm going to read the book that has inspired this project. Then in October, I am going to do anymore research and development that I need to do. November is NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month), which I'm going to try and participate in. If I do, I will then edit it in December and see where that takes me. It's very exciting to feel ready to write again and I'll probably end up documenting it on my other social media platforms.

Get a Job

This is actually the biggest and most important goal on my list. Getting a job. Starting that next chapter of my life now that I'm a graduate. I've written about my experience job hunting, which you can read here. I'm looking for writing related jobs, but failing that, I'll go into retail. Just anything that can keep me busy. This is a stressful journey, which again, I'll document on my social media platforms. We'll just have to see where this one takes me.

Be Kinder to Myself

The past year has been pretty rough, as I'm sure it has been for everyone. Studying online has left me feeling really drained. The work I was having to do, alongside working on my content creation and I was involved with the student magazine at uni, meant I was always working on something. I would set unrealistic goals for what I wanted to complete in a week and I spent a lot of time being unkind to myself. I want to be kinder to myself. This past year has taught me that I can't burn the candle at both ends. So being kinder to myself is necessary. It's treating myself to time off or saying I can do that work another day if I'm not feeling like it.

Those are some goals I have for the next year. What are your goals for the next year?

So, What Comes Next? My Life Beyond Uni| Carenza Bramwell

As of June 4th 2021, I have officially finished my degree. I am going to write a whole blog post about the experience in July when I've had some time to think about it, but for now I thought I'd share what my plans are now that I've finished. It's very strange to think this is something I've done as I was always someone who wanted to go to uni and now I've done that.

So, what comes next? Well that is a very good question. I don't have any short or long term plans. COVID has made it a bit difficult to plan anything. For example, I was supposed to go travelling around Europe last summer but had to cancel. I can't go this summer, so it looks like it will be another year before that happens. When this goes live, I will have had my first COVID vaccine, which means I'm one step closer to life going back to normal.

My short term plans (i.e my plans for the next few months) involve the following: going back to my uni accommodation to have one last hoorah as a student, seeing family I haven't seen in nearly a year and working towards getting a job. I have started the process of trying to secure my first job and it's not going very well. I've applied for 8 jobs in the last three months and have been rejected from them all. If I'm being honest, I don't see myself getting a job this side of 2021. I know it's going to be a long process. The job market has been decimated by COVID, especially the creative sector, which is where I want to work. So, I am going to spend some time working towards getting a job.

While I do that, it does mean for the first time since I started my blog and other social media platforms, that I am able to essentially do this full time. I can go back to writing two blog posts a week and I'm thinking of posting everyday on Instagram. I started putting in a lot more effort to my social media sites in January and have seen a bit of growth, but not much. I don't do this for the numbers or to get famous, but I know a lot of creatives will agree with me, that it is nice when your hard work is recognised. So I might as well make the most of it and do this full time while I can.

My long term plans are to get some kind of writing related job. I'm not sure what that will be yet, I've been applying for script editor positions, jobs in publishing and social media assistants, so hopefully along those lines. All I know is that I want to be a writer and have some kind of job connected to it. Writing has been a passion of mine for ages and I can't see myself turning my back on it.

So this was a bit of a rambly post on what the future holds for me. As much as the job hunt makes me anxious, I am excited for what comes after uni and to have the time to work on my blog. I can't wait to share new content with you guys.

Outgrowing "CarenzaOnBooks"- Why I Changed My Blog Name| Carenza Bramwell

If you have been following my blog since it began almost five years ago, then you will know that it has undergone two name changes already. Recently, I made the decision to change my blog's name to just my name and I thought I would explain why in this post.

Books Still Interest Me

I feel that I should start with the fact that books are still a massive part of my life. I am still an avid reader and collector of books. This isn't something that is going to change over night. However, I wanted my blog to reflect all my interests, something that I'll explain in a later section of this post. I feel that by having books in the title it limited me to one style of content. It became very narrowing as a writer to just talk about books. I want to be able to talk freely on my blog about anything that takes my fancy. This is part of the reason why I have changed the name to just my name.

Reflect My Interests

As I mentioned in the previous section, I want my blog to reflect my interests as a whole. While books are undeniably a huge part of my life, there are so many more of my interests that I want to share as well. I love talking about movies, TV shows and the theatre. I also want to write about my experience as a student while I'm still a student. Travel is something that I want to talk about as well. By having "OnBooks" in the name, it felt like I could only talk about books and it reached a point where I was feeling creatively uninspired having to talk about books all the time. I also felt that I was recycling the same posts over and over. I will continue to share some of the "old" style blog posts such as Wrap Ups and so on, but I want to branch out into slightly different content.

Putting Myself in One Box

This might sound like I'm repeating myself at this point, but something that is really important to me is that I don't stick myself in one box when it comes to me and my content. I don't want to be like "oh, this is Carenza, she only likes books". As I've already said, there is so much more to me than books and I want to share that with the world. Making this decision was really easy and I'm so happy that I was able to branch away.

What Does This Mean?

Nothing major is changing, I'm still going to be blogging. The only thing that is changing is my content will now cover a wider range of topics. I would like to think of myself as a "culture" blogger now. I'll still talk about books, but I'll talk about creative issues, different medias (TV, Movie, Theatre etc) and so much more.

2019- The Ups, The Downs and The Ordinary| Carenza Bramwell

As promised in my last post, today's post is going to be a more detailed overview of what I got up to in 2019. 2019 was an insane year for me, I still can't quite believe that it happened at and that it wasn't a dream. This post is going to be split up into sections- uni, travel/things I did, reading and writing, and personal elements of 2019.

University

At the moment, I am second year Creative and Professional Writing student in Bristol. In 2019, I finished my first year of university and then started my second year. It is going by so quickly, I really could do with time slowing down for a little bit. I don't feel that it would be appropriate for me to talk about the personal side of my university life as it isn't fair on those that know me, but I will mention that like any other part of my life, there were ups and downs. Academically, I definitely enjoyed the second half of 2019. I think for me it was because the first year of any degree is all about building the foundation and that was very similar to doing Creative Writing as an A-Level. So far this year, I feel I have been challenged way more and am getting stuck into it. It terrifies me that I am graduating next year. But for now, let's focus on the present.

Travel Bug

I think the title of this section nicely sums up a fun part of my life in 2019. Although I didn't do any major travelling apart from visiting Bruges in August, I did so many amazing things in 2019. I posted a month by month thread on my Twitter account (@carenzaonbooks). I saw so many incredible stage plays in 2019 that I will never forget. I think there were only two months last year where I didn't see a single play. I also finally got to see my favourite band, Bastille, live in February in London. It was a life-changing experience and made me realise that I really love concerts and new music. I've touched on it, but travelling to Bruges was one of my highlights of 2019. I hadn't been on holiday in almost six years and finally going was amazing. I've 100% caught the travel bug and am already planning my next adventure.

Reading & Writing

For me 2019, wasn't the best for reading and writing. I think I was so focused on other things that I forgot how much I loved them both. I only read 88 books, which is still a lot, but ended up being less than I read in 2018. Writing wise, I only started two projects and I did not finish them. I think my problem is due to the fact that I do a writing degree, so it can feel like my time is consumed with it. This is a bizarre way to think about my dream future job, but I am someone that gets very demotivated easily. I mentioned this in my previous post, but one of my goals for this year is to make time for a non-uni writing project.

Personal

Without going into details, 2019 was one of the worst years for me mentally. I struggled way more than I have done in the past. It got to a point that was so bad I reached out for help for the first time. It's something I need to follow up on as I'm still not at a mentally stable place I want to be, but I am way better than I was last year. It won't be a surprise as my 2019 was crazy busy and I never really gave myself any time off. While that might sound like my 2019 was bad, it was also filled with some great moments in my personal life and many that I will treasure for the rest of my life.

Like the title suggests, 2019, for me, was a year filled with ups, downs and straight up ordinary moments. Despite it being a roller-coaster-esque year, I wouldn't change a thing about it.
All the best,

New Year (At Last)| Carenza Bramwell

It feels odd to be saying this in February, but Happy New Year! If you've been following my blog for a while, then you will know that I had to take a break from blogging towards the end of 2019 and well into 2020. I will admit that this break was longer than I had planned, however I am back and I intend to be blogging frequently for the foreseeable future. In the mean time, this post is going to a quick summary of my New Year plans, a little life update and what the future has install.

What's Been Happening?

Let's start with a little life update. I am still in my second year of university, which means that I am officially halfway through my degree. It's a little bit scary to think I will be graduating next year, but I'll explain my rough plans for life after graduation in the future section of this post.

Something I've already touched on is that I had to take a long break from my blog. This was because for most of the last few months of 2019, I wasn't well. I wasn't seriously ill, I should probably say, it was more a prolonged minor illness. I started to feel a bit run down towards the end of October and by mid-November I was spending most of my time in bed. It turns out, I had a nasty cold like virus and nothing serious. It just got to the point where I felt so drained all the time, I couldn't concentrate on most things. So far, my health has been okay and it was a bit of shock to feel so unwell for such a long time. I'm praying that something doesn't happen like that again.

On a slightly more positive side, my family and I finally moved house. We've been in the process of moving house since August 2016 and moved into our new home in November 2019. It has been a lengthy process and we are still unpacking and sorting everything out. It's been a huge weight off our shoulders and something we're very happy about.

Those are some of the key things you need to know about what I've been up to for the past few months. I am writing a more in depth review of 2019, which will be posted later this week.

Resolutions

I am terrible at sticking to my resolutions, so this year I have picked five fairly simple ones that I am going to try and stick to. They are as follows:
  1. Develop New Chosen Skill (Drawing/Doodling)
  2. Read Lots of Books!
  3. Work On One Non-Uni Writing Project
  4. Less Screen Time
  5. Set Time Aside To Relax
I'll quickly summaries why these are my chosen resolutions for this year. Number One- I do a creative degree and I spend so much time working on creative projects, something I'd like to do is develop a new creative skill. I've chosen drawing/doodling as it's something I was really passionate about up until a few years ago. So far, I've been drawing something every day and I'm proud of my progress.

Number  Two- This is a fairly explanatory one, but I wasn't happy with the amount of books I read in 2019. This year, I'm going to try and read two books a week.

Number Three- As I've already mentioned, I do a creative degree and a lot of my time and energy goes into that. So, this year I've decided that I want to set some time aside to make sure that I work on one non-uni project. I started watching Piera Forde's video's towards the end of last year and it really inspired me to work on project for me, rather than for my degree. My plan at the moment, is to spend the next few months planning this project and then do the bulk of the writing over the summer when I should have less commitments.

Number Four- I have to admit that I developed a fairly unhealthy addiction to how much time I was spending on my phone last year. I was obsessed with spending as little time as I could on my phone. This year, I am trying to do this in a healthier way. I want to spend less time on my phone and other screens. I think that so far I am achieving this, but I am trying to do so without the added pressure.

Number Five- You may have gathered from my other goals, that I have a slight workaholic tendency that I have decided that this year I want to make time to relax. I know that this is going to be a healthy addition to my life and so far my only rule is I can't do any work on these days. It also makes me want to get all my work done before my chosen chill day. I think that making time for self-care is really important and it's something I know that I need to do.

I plan on updating you guys on my progress every few months as the year progresses.

The Future

Onto the final and slightly ominous last section of this post. What does the future have installed for me? Well, I'll let you know in this rough little plan that I have.

Firstly, let's talk about the future of this blog. Something I learnt since I rebooted my blog last September was that writing three posts a week, while being a full time student and having a life, was that it was too much. This year, I have decided that while I am in uni, I will write two posts a week. Once summer rolls around, I might go back to three posts a week, but that is something for future me to think about.

Secondly, my rough plans for the rest of 2020 involve finishing my second year of uni, which will take up the first five months of the year. Next, I am planning to stay in Bristol over the summer and work. At the moment, I will be splitting my time between work experience and my paid job. My last plan for this year is to go inter-railing for a month. I am desperate to do this and I have an idea of when and where formulating. This will then bring us to September, when I will start my third and final year of university.

Lastly, I have had to start thinking about the future beyond university. My very tender, early plans are that I might do a masters in scriptwriting. Then after that, we'll have to see where the future takes me.

All the best,
Carenza x

Winter Update- January to March 2017| It'sCarenzaB

Hey Guys!
How are you?

If you have followed me since this time last year, then you will know that every month I posted an update post. In these posts I discussed how my New Year's Revolutions were going and how things were generally. I decided to stop doing these posts every month as they became very repetitive.

1) Learn to Balance Work and Play

The first three months of 2017 have flown by and I have definitely got better at balancing the time I spend working and having fun. My year didn't get off to the best start as I got a really nasty cold only three days into 2017, which knocked me off course. I have had a lot of deadlines to meet, so I have been focusing on my schoolwork. When I haven't been working, I have been having lots of fun which has really improved my mood.

2) Read More Than One Genre A Month

I think this may be the only Resolution I have completed every month (so far). I have been reading a lot more contemporaries as part of a reading challenge, which I will be talking about in a separate post. I have also been reading more scripts lately, which I have been enjoying.

 3) Improve Fitness

It's safe to say that I have failed this in the most spectacular fashion possible. Fail with a capital F. I have been so busy with college work and life, I barely have time to sit down to have fun and chill for a minute. I plan on starting this in the summer as I should have more free time then.

4) Be Happy

My happiness has been all over the place these past few months. College has been really stressful, which has been impacting my mental health. I haven't has as many periods were I'm sad/down for more than a week, which is good.

5) Be Organised

This one has improved a tiny bit. There have been times where I have been slacking because college is stressful all the time. It gets to a point where I'm so busy I don't tidy my room and I then spend my Friday evening tidying.

6) Join In More

I think that I have been joining in more, but not as much as I want to. I really hate contributing in class as I don't like having attention on me. I haven't really been participating much in the book community because I have been so busy.

7) Have Fun

So far this year I have been having loads of fun. While I have been busy with college, I have been going to the theater lots and I've visited London a few times too. I had planned to go to a book signing at my local Waterstones but was unable to due to Storm Doris.

General

As you may have guessed from the amount of times I've mentioned it in this post, I have been very busy with college. I have 5 weeks until my exams so I am spending most of time revising. I've also restarted my singing lessons and I'm having so much fun doing them.

I have recently rediscovered my love for the theater, so I have been going quite a bit. I plan on talking about it more at some point on here.

Just a quick warning, posts are going to be a bit all over the place over the next few months because of exams. I am still going to be posting, but not as regularly because I need to focus on my exams. I hope you guys can understand why I'll be taking a little break.

So that concludes my Winter Update. I think I'll change the style for my next update which will be posted in July.
Love,

November Update 2016| It'sCarenzaB

Hey Guys!
How are you?
Welcome to the final update of 2016 and before we get into this post, I want to say that I have decided to make my update posts seasonal rather than monthly. I've decided to do this as I find they have been very similar recently and I want to improve the content I upload on here. The new update posts will be posted every 3 months with the first one in March. I upload these posts more for myself than others as it allows to track my goals throughout the year.

1) Be more tidy i.e be more organised

I would say I was quite successful at this one in November. I managed to juggle my school work and blog very well. I think I said it in last months update, but I couldn't do what I do if it wasn't for my bullet journal. Since I started it, I have become so much more organised. I plan on doing a post on how I bullet journal in the New Year as it has honestly changed my life.

2) Be more confident

I feel as though my confidence dipped in November. I have no idea why, I feel as though November's  not a very eventful month and that people are just excited for December. Since December rolled around, I've definitely seen my confidence improve.

3) To get fit and feel happy with my body i.e drink more water

I can safely say that I failed this for the whole year. 2016 has been one of the busiest and stressful years of my life. So things like exercise have really taken a dip. But in 2017 I want to focus on improving my health, both mentally and physically.

 4) Study more often

In November I set myself the target of 30 hours revision, 10 for each of my subjects. I smashed that target. I added a revision tracker to my bullet journal which really motivated me to revise. I also started making notes for one of my subjects, which I really enjoyed.

5) Do more of what makes me HAPPY

I feel as though this was more successful in November than October. I really started enjoying blogging again as after I had a long break when I couldn't get into my gmail, I found it hard to get back into blogging. I also saw some cool films, did lots of reading, started watching Game of Thrones (I am hooked) and spent time with my family.

6) Write and read more

I read 10 books in November. I don't know how I found so much time to read in November, but I was so happy I got so much reading done. I failed at writing this month, apart from school work I did next to no writing. As you're reading this, I am on Christmas break and I plan on writing around 1000-2000 words on my current project, as well as reading 5 books, doing some school work and spending quality time with my family.

So that concludes my final update of 2016, I hope you have enjoyed these posts. I've had loads of fun writing them.
Love,

October Update 2016| It'sCarenzaB

Hey Guys!
How are you?
It's that time of  the month were I update you on how my life is going and how I am doing with my New Years Resolutions. Before I get into this post, I wanted to ask if you guys find these posts interesting. Do you like them being monthly? Or would you prefer them to be seasonally? I really enjoy writing them but I feel as though they don't go with any of the other posts on her. I'm debating changing them to seasonal posts in 2017.

1) Be more organised i.e. more tidy
I feel as though I was quite successful at being organised in October. I kept on top of my school work, as well as my reading schedule and my social media accounts. Some times it can be quite stressful having more than one form of social media, but I love being creative so I do it for fun. Again, like last months update, I used my bullet journal to keep on top of my work. It is really helpful and I think I am going to make a blog post on it in the new year. I also think I was quite tidy in October. I have found that I find it hard to work in a messy environment so I have been keeping my room quite tidy.

2) Be more confident
If I'm honest, I'm not sure how my confidence was in October. I feel as though I've been more confident at college and have been participating more in class. I feel that wanting to be confident is something quite important and can be seen as wanting to inflate our ego. I want to be more confident so I can have fun and talk to people and not feel bad about it. That's why I put this on this list.

3) To get fit and feel happy with my body i.e. drink more water
Yet again this one failed. Spectacularly. As I am a full time student, I spend most of my day sat down in class. I then come home to sit at my desk and revise. Then I have tea, sat down. And I watch TV, yes you guessed it- sat down. I'm finding it very hard to fit exercise time into my busy schedule and as we are so close to the end of the year, I see no point in trying to improve it. It is going to be something I try to prioritize in the new year.

4) Study more often
I feel as though I got better at this one in October. As I have started to get more work, I have been spending more of my time working. I do revision everyday of the week except Friday, and even then I spend my day reading books for class. I try to spend more time working as any time I'm not working, makes me feel bad.

5) Do more of what makes me HAPPY
I feel as though this one took a back slide in October. I still spent time doing things that made me happy, but at one point I really started to enjoy revising. That is a sentence I never thought I'd say. I've had fun writing all 16 posts I put up on here in October as well as finding time to read, which I always find fun. I've also been talking to my family more and have been really enjoying spending time with them.

6) Write and read more
I didn't do as much writing as I would have liked to have done in October, but I did read 6 books and 3 short stories last month. I have been really getting into reading recently, more than I have in the past few months. I find that I am really looking forward to the time when I can read.

So that is it for this update, I hope you liked it.

September Update 2016| It'sCarenzaB

Hey Guys!
How are you?

I haven't posted one of these in a while, so I thought it was time I updated you on how my New Years Resolutions are going and how things are generally in my life.

1) Be more organised i.e more tidy
I think that this was the one I was the most successful at in September. As it was the start of the new school year, I found that I needed to manage my time better to keep on top of my school work. I started bullet journaling in April and it has really helped me keep on track of things I need to do. If you guys want, I will do a post on my bullet journal as I don't do it the way most people do it. Mine is no where near as pretty as most you'll see, mine is more for being practical but once I have finished my current journal I plan on  buying a bigger one and making it more pretty as well as being practical.

2) Be more confident
I'm not sure how I did with this. I started a new school in September and I found that I had to be confident and go up to people to talk to them so that I would have friends to talk to. It was very daunting starting a new school, especially as I didn't know anyone their and I felt very lonely. Now I do have friends, I'm enjoying myself a lot more. So I feel as though being confident helped me to gain friends.

3) To get fit and feel happy with my body i.e drink more water
This one failed this month. I did next to no exercise as I found I didn't have time to. Although I walk to school everyday, I don't count that as exercise, I count it as part of my daily routine. I have been drinking water quite regularly though, I try to drink a 500 ml bottle every day.

4) Study more often
I feel as though this one started to get better in September. I had had the summer off from studying as I had had exams from May to June and felt as though I deserved a break. So when it came to studying again, I found it hard to get back into my routine.

5) Do more of what makes me HAPPY
I feel as though this one got a lot of attention in September as I did quite a lot of things that made me happy. I did lots of reading and I got to spend my time with my new friends. I also got to do some exploring in the area I live in, which was quite nice. I was glad to be able to balance this with my school work as it is healthy to have a balance of fun and work.

6) Write and read more
I definitely did do lots of reading this month, I'll link my Wrap Up and TBR post here.  I didn't do that much writing in September that was for pleasure. But with NaNoWriMo coming up, I think I'll challenge myself to start writing again. There was a story I started last year and I still haven't finished it. While I won't be taking part in NaNoWriMo officially, I will be doing lots of writing in my own time.

So that was my September update, let me know if you like these posts as I will be continuing them into 2017! Also, next week on here I am posting every day doing Halloween themed posts. These posts will start on Monday 24th and finish on Sunday 30th. There will be no blog post on the 31st
